I'm 75 and have slowed down naturally as I age and have worked really hard at living more quality time instead of quantity but I'm still a recovering workaholic. I just changed jobs and, in spite of myriad health problems, I'm really enjoying the time I have left. I haven't worked full-time in over 20 years and work daily to put balance in my life, especially focusing on enough "down time". Thanks for your insight. You have helped me keep a positive focus on slowing down while still living life to the fullest as best I can.
