Negative energy and its impact
January 6th, 2012Negative energy makes one’s day depressing and stressed up. This is a non-arguable fact. It is impossible to remove negative sources from one's life because this is part of human life experiences. Life has its ups and downs, thus; one cannot expect things to run smoothly without any barriers in life. However, if the presence of negative energy is disturbing enough to cause unnecessary stress and grief in one’s everyday life, then appropriate measures have to be taken to curb the problem.
Since the ancient times, Man has tried many different ways of removing negative forces that are causing harm and distress through a range of methods. It can be traditional ways of performing different rituals or by means of chanting or praying.
As time passes, the advancement of modern technology allows Man to adopt methods that are more scientifically proven to remove negative forces. This will include methods such as, meditation, chanting spells, healing sessions, burning incense and hypnosis. However, there are simply times that the forces get some incredibly strong that nothing can work. This may require new interventions to prevent the negative forces from spewing forth. Most importantly, one needs to keep a clear state of mind in order to rationalize and maintain one’s sanity.
One of the most popular methods of removing negative energies is by means of performing a cleansing ritual for oneself. One has to prepare the necessary items, such as, precious stones and incense blends to increase the chances of success of the ritual. After which, one has to find a quiet spot to sit down and meditate. Just imagine oneself as an empty vessel that is filled with dirty air and needs to be cleaned up. One has to chant and remind oneself that the dirty air is being filtered out. Envision that the body is replaced by the clean air, and one feels purified and cleanse from the top of the head to tip of the toe. The negative energies had left the body and disappear in the air, which signifies that one’s problems have also been resolved for good. One should trust and use his or her senses to feel for the positive, clean air which is there to stay indefinitely in the body. As for the last stage the person may want to stay in the exact spot for a while longer. This is because, at this time, the mind will trouble, stress free and able to think of solutions with a clear picture. Most people will be filled with happiness with a sense of peace and serenity. The sense of grief will be replaced by clearer, calmer thoughts, and one will find oneself stronger, and calmer to brave through the barriers and unhappiness in one’s life. Removing negative energies, thus, is beneficial both to the human mind and body. While there may be several methods widely available in the market or online resources, one has to find the method that suits the person most in order to succeed.
