Affirmations For Chakra Balancing

It is rightly said that “thinking you can is, half the work done”. The mantra which is applicable for our everyday lives is also applicable on our working of the chakras. When we fill our mind with positive thoughts and ideas, it automatically commences working in that direction. Making your self believe that “you can” is what the most vital task is.

Similarly, in the case of chakra balancing, it is important to fill ourselves with positive vibes. This can be done by saying phrases to us either during meditation, in front of the mirror or anywhere. Different affirmations for different chakras are as follows:

  1. Root chakra:

“I know that I belong here and that I am safe”, “I admire my feet because they support me”, “it is safe for me to enjoy my life now”, “I can take risks for what I think is right”, “life is good and I am a life enhancer”.

  1. Sacral chakra:

“I trust myself and my actions”, “I am perfect in myself”, “I am in control of my sexuality”, and “it is perfectly okay to indulge in pleasure”, “I have faith in the process of life”.

  1. Solar plexus chakra:

“I trust in love and life”, “I am worthy of all the good things”, “I deserve my own self love”, “I listen to my deepest insights”, “I avoid judgment and let my life flow”.

  1. Heart chakra:

“I believe in the process of love”, “I acknowledge self love”, “I forgive myself”, “I believe in the decision of the heart and I follow its path”, “I love everything about myself”.

  1. Throat chakra:

“I am able to voice my opinions” , “I feel whole and complete”, “I willingly kicked my bad habits”, “I am ready to explore my field of love”, “I am safe and I am able to express my feeling now”.

  1. Third eye chakra:

“I pay head to my deepest thoughts and intuition”, “I am imaginative and I believe in my ability”, “I live in the truth of my grace, beauty and intelligence”, “I draw what I love and save it for myself”, “I trust god and his decisions”, “I am open to new ideas, views and people”.

  1. Crown chakra:

“Love is eternal and free”, “I am looked after”, “I am worthy of being loved and cared for”, “I acknowledge the source of love within myself”, “I am protected, guided and safe”, “love makes me free”, “I am willing to move ahead in life”.

Spreading positive ideas and making ourselves believe our motives help us in chakra balancing. By saying these affirmation to ourselves out loud, it psychologically makes us think that we are already halfway though our goal.
